Social Nights are community voice activities that are created to promote community activity and conversation between members. Unlike Game Nights, a Social Night does not require a game to be played, but active participation from all members within the voice channel.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 XGN members (not deafened)
• Minimum duration of 45 minutes
• Maximum of 3 Social Nights hosted per day per member

Co-Hosting: There is no co-hosting for Social Nights. Only the host receives credit for the session.

Hosting a Social Night

1. Join the voice channel “Join to Create VC” within the XGN Discord.
2. The bot will automatically post an "Start an Activity" embed in the voice channel
3. Click the "Social Night" button
4. If all requirements are met, the bot will:
   • Rename the channel to [S] YourName's Social Night
   • Post a session embed listing active participants and the end time
   • Begin tracking the session

The session will automatically complete after 45 minutes and the attendance will be posted the respected Division’s attendance section

If you want to end the Social Night before the 45 minutes is up:

1. Open the Voice Channel Chat
2. Click the "End Social Night" button in the session embed
